Dr Rahul Pillai, our Chief Faculty, is an internationally recognised educator and thought leader in aesthetic dermatology since 2013. Dermacode offers structured, academically rigorous training in Cosmetology and Aesthetic Dermatology, designed for medical professionals seeking comprehensive clinical exposure to contemporary aesthetic practice.
The curriculum combines in-depth theoretical foundations with closely supervised, hands-on procedural training across a wide spectrum of evidence-based aesthetic treatments. These include lasers and energy-based devices, botulinum toxin, dermal fillers, threads, chemical peels, mesotherapy, Endolift, GFC, exosomes and advanced injectable protocols.
Programmes are offered in three formats: a 3-Day Intensive Clinical Module, a 2-Week Advanced Certification Programme and a 4-Week Comprehensive Clinical Training pathway. All training is delivered through a one-to-one mentorship model, ensuring personalised supervision and procedural precision.
The three-day module is structured to provide focused procedural exposure.
Day One covers botulinum toxin, dermal fillers and threads.
Day Two focuses on energy-based devices and lasers.
Day Three includes chemical peels, mesotherapy, GFC and exosomes.
The 2-week training programme provides comprehensive, hands-on clinical exposure in the following procedures:

Peels, Mesotherapy, Draining PPC, Deoxycholic acid, Exosomes and GFC.
The programme includes structured training in a broad spectrum of laser and energy-based technologies, with emphasis on clinical indications, treatment planning, device selection, parameter settings and complication management. The 4-week programme includes all components of the 2-week Advanced Certification Programme, covering injectables, regenerative procedures, lasers and energy-based technologies as detailed above.
In addition, candidates are provided the opportunity to assist and shadow Dr Pillai for four weeks, allowing deeper clinical immersion and real-time exposure to advanced aesthetic practice.
Participants will also be exposed to a range of dermatology procedures and dermatosurgeries, providing broader clinical insight beyond aesthetic treatments.This extended module is designed for practitioners seeking advanced procedural expertise, academic depth and comprehensive clinical mentorship.
