By booking tickets or using our website, you agree to these Terms.<\/p><h2>1. Bookings and Tickets<\/h2><ul><li>All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.<\/li><li>A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and generation of a Booking ID and e-ticket.<\/li><li>Each e-ticket is valid only for the date, location and ticket type selected at the time of booking.<\/li><li>Tickets are non-transferable unless expressly permitted by us.<\/li><li>Please carry a valid copy of your e-ticket (digital or printed) for entry.<\/li><\/ul><h2>2. Pricing and Payment<\/h2><ul><li>All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.<\/li><li>Payments are processed securely through the <strong>ICICI Bank<\/strong> payment gateway. We accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI and wallets as supported by the gateway.<\/li><li>We reserve the right to revise prices and offers at any time without prior notice; the price applicable is the one shown at the time of booking.<\/li><\/ul><h2>3. Entry and Conduct<\/h2><ul><li>Visitors must comply with all park rules, safety instructions and the directions of our staff.<\/li><li>We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any visitor whose conduct is unsafe, unlawful or disruptive, without refund.<\/li><li>Certain rides or zones may have height, age, health or other restrictions for safety.<\/li><\/ul><h2>4. Cancellations and Refunds<\/h2><p>Cancellations and refunds are governed by our <a href='\/cancellation-policy\/'>Cancellation Policy<\/a> and <a href='\/refund-policy\/'>Refund Policy<\/a>, which form part of these Terms.<\/p><h2>5. Liability<\/h2><ul><li>Visitors enter and use the facilities at their own risk.<\/li><li>To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marine World shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of personal belongings.<\/li><li>Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.<\/li><\/ul><h2>6. Force Majeure<\/h2><p>We shall not be responsible for failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, natural events, government orders or technical failures.<\/p><h2>7. Intellectual Property<\/h2><p>All content on this website, including logos, text, images and design, is the property of Marine World and may not be used without permission.<\/p><h2>8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction<\/h2><p>These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Thrissur, Kerala.<\/p><h2>9. Changes to These Terms<\/h2><p>We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.<\/p><h2>10.
