It should be read together with our <a href='\/cancellation-policy\/'>Cancellation Policy<\/a> and <a href='\/terms-and-conditions\/'>Terms and Conditions<\/a>.<\/p><h2>1. Eligibility for Refunds<\/h2><ul><li>Refunds are issued for valid cancellations made within the timelines stated in our Cancellation Policy.<\/li><li>Refunds may also be issued where an event is cancelled or rescheduled by Marine World and you are unable to attend.<\/li><\/ul><h2>2. Failed or Duplicate Payments<\/h2><ul><li>If an amount is debited but your booking is not confirmed, the transaction is treated as failed and the amount is normally auto-reversed by the bank within 5\u20137 working days.<\/li><li>For duplicate charges, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full to the original payment method.<\/li><li>If a debited amount is not reversed, please contact us with your transaction reference so we can investigate.<\/li><\/ul><h2>3. Refund Method and Timeline<\/h2><ul><li>All approved refunds are credited to the <strong>original payment method<\/strong> used at the time of booking.<\/li><li>Refunds are processed through the <strong>ICICI Bank<\/strong> payment gateway and typically reflect within <strong>5\u20137 working days<\/strong>, depending on your bank.<\/li><li>Refund amounts may be subject to applicable cancellation charges as described in our Cancellation Policy.<\/li><\/ul><h2>4. Non-Refundable Items<\/h2><ul><li>Bookings cancelled after the permitted cancellation window.<\/li><li>No-shows or unused tickets after the valid visit date.<\/li><li>Special promotional or discounted tickets expressly marked as non-refundable.<\/li><\/ul><h2>5. How to Request a Refund<\/h2><p>To request a refund, contact us with your <strong>Booking ID<\/strong>, registered name and transaction reference using the details below.
