Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, simply email us at returns@sensotica.co with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, we will provide:
A return shipping label
Clear instructions on how to send the item back
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
Include photos if possible so we can quickly resolve the issue
We’ll replace the item or offer a full refund—whichever you prefer.
Non-Returnable Items
