Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel or reschedule tickets booked through https://marineworld.in. Refunds for eligible cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.
1. How to Cancel
To cancel a booking, contact us with your Booking ID and registered details using the contact information below, before the cutoff time stated in this policy.
2. Cancellation Window and Charges
- More than 48 hours before the visit date: eligible for a full refund (less any applicable payment-gateway charges).
- Between 24 and 48 hours before the visit date: eligible for a partial refund of up to 50% of the booking amount.
- Less than 24 hours before the visit date: non-refundable.
Note: The above timelines are indicative. Specific events, offers or peak-day bookings may carry different terms, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
3. Rescheduling
Subject to availability, you may request to reschedule your visit to another date instead of cancelling. Rescheduling requests must be made before the visit date and may be limited to one change per booking.
4. No-Show
If you do not visit on the booked date and have not cancelled or rescheduled within the permitted window, the booking is treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.
5. Cancellation by Marine World
If we cancel or reschedule due to weather, safety, maintenance, government orders or other unforeseen circumstances, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method via the ICICI Bank payment gateway, typically within 5–7 working days.
