Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to tickets and add-ons purchased through https://marineworld.in. It should be read together with our Cancellation Policy and Terms and Conditions.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are issued for valid cancellations made within the timelines stated in our Cancellation Policy.
- Refunds may also be issued where an event is cancelled or rescheduled by Marine World and you are unable to attend.
2. Failed or Duplicate Payments
- If an amount is debited but your booking is not confirmed, the transaction is treated as failed and the amount is normally auto-reversed by the bank within 5–7 working days.
- For duplicate charges, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
- If a debited amount is not reversed, please contact us with your transaction reference so we can investigate.
3. Refund Method and Timeline
- All approved refunds are credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
- Refunds are processed through the ICICI Bank payment gateway and typically reflect within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
- Refund amounts may be subject to applicable cancellation charges as described in our Cancellation Policy.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Bookings cancelled after the permitted cancellation window.
- No-shows or unused tickets after the valid visit date.
- Special promotional or discounted tickets expressly marked as non-refundable.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us with your Booking ID, registered name and transaction reference using the details below. Our team will verify and process eligible refunds.
