These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://marineworld.in and the purchase of tickets to Marine World, Thrissur. By booking tickets or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Bookings and Tickets

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
• A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and generation of a Booking ID and e-ticket.
• Each e-ticket is valid only for the date, location and ticket type selected at the time of booking.
• Tickets are non-transferable unless expressly permitted by us.
• Please carry a valid copy of your e-ticket (digital or printed) for entry.

2. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely through the ICICI Bank payment gateway. We accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI and wallets as supported by the gateway.
• We reserve the right to revise prices and offers at any time without prior notice; the price applicable is the one shown at the time of booking.

3. Entry and Conduct

• Visitors must comply with all park rules, safety instructions and the directions of our staff.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any visitor whose conduct is unsafe, unlawful or disruptive, without refund.
• Certain rides or zones may have height, age, health or other restrictions for safety.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

5. Liability

• Visitors enter and use the facilities at their own risk.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marine World shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of personal belongings.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

6. Force Majeure

We shall not be responsible for failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, natural events, government orders or technical failures.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, images and design, is the property of Marine World and may not be used without permission.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Thrissur, Kerala.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
